• Austria / Österreich: EUR 7 up to 2kg, EUR 12,00 above 2kg.

• EU: EUR 14 up to 2kg, EUR 16,00 above 2kg.

• Schweiz, Liechtenstein: EUR 15 up to 2kg, EUR 22,00 above 2kg.

• Worldwide: EUR 15 up to 2kg, EUR 22,00 above 2kg.
  
  Shipping is insured, you will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
  Usually we ship 3-4 days after getting your order.

  
  I pack your parcel with the greatest care (mostly reusing packing materials).
  However, if something should be missing or damaged upon delivery, please contact me at info@studionero.at or +43 699 10620439.
  Please mention your invoice number for reference.
  If something should be damaged on arrival, I need pictures of the damaged goods within 2 days after delivery.
  Later complaints or a damage report without photo documentation of the damage can unfortunately not be taken into account for insurance reasons.
